A "Unicode Ding"™ or "UnicodeDing"™ is tagged to a web site, or application, that does not fully support Unicode. Such lack of support is so glaring since the Unicode Standard was defined seemingly so long ago...

Yahoo better at video search than Google
As commented earlier, Gmail is much better than Yahoo!Mail regarding Vietnamese localization with Unicode.
It's a different story with video search. In this case, Yahoo!Videos returns results for terms such as "việt nam" while Google Video consistently returns no results. Moreover, the Google video player fails to support Unicode!
